A group of 15 of us recently went to try the new menu at Lamasco Bar & Grill after the new owners took over. We all had really loved the previous menu and were a little anxious to try some things that were a little different. We were celebrating a birthday so I don’t have any pictures of the food because we were all chatting and trying each others’ meals. We tried over 10 different menu items and there was not a single complaint. The portion sizes were huge! The steak could be cut with a butter knife, the chicken noodle soup(on special) was some of the best I have ever had, the BBQ pork nachos could easily feed 2-4 people. The fried pickle spears were crispy and delicious. Our service was quick and efficient and the acoustic musician they had on stage really helped set the atmosphere, but didn’t overpower our conversation and we were sat next to the stage. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Such a neighborhood gem! Owner Amy is always hospitable. Expect a cover charge if there's live music and you won't be disappointed with the who's on stage; always great musicians!

Crawfish boil at Lamascos is a must have every year during Mardi Gras. It’s hard to find a good seafood boil in our area, but they do it best. Perfectly cooked, excellent spice level, and fast service.

Went with my son for breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite bartender now working here!! Took a minute to get waited on, but they were pretty busy. My son and I ordered the same thing, the Breakfast Burger. The burger came with an egg and hash brown as toppings. We both enjoyed our meal; both our burgers were good.

I had to try the special Mari Gras Menu at Lamasco for lunch today. They were busy, but the service was prompt and friendly. I tried the Gumbo and an Oyster Po Boy. Both were excellent! I can’t wait to go back later this week and try the crawfish boil!

I love lamasco bar and grill. They have various bands and karaoke and the food is surprisingly good. We had the thin burger and the chimichanga. Drinks are reasonably priced

Lamasco is a great venue. The food is affordable and tasty and they have a decent selection of beers. I haven't had a bad experience yet with the servers. They are attentive and provide a good level of service. The stage is set up perfect for the bands and you get some great sounds. I recommend going on a Soulful Sunday from 4-7pm to hear the Hog Maw band for some excellent blues/rock.
